Refunds & Cancellations
This policy explains how prepaid KaryaFlow subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for SaaS access, duplicate payments, failed activation, and billing errors.

Prepaid SaaS subscription
KaryaFlow is sold by Human Reasoning Labs Private Limited as a prepaid field service management SaaS subscription. Paid invoices generally activate access for the selected billing period after plan confirmation.
Cancellation of future renewals
Customers may cancel future renewals by contacting KaryaFlow sales/support or the authorized reseller managing their subscription. Cancellation takes effect for the next renewal cycle unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Refund review cases
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed activation, payment gateway errors, or other billing errors.
No automatic refund after activation
No automatic refund is promised after service access is activated for the billing period, unless legally required or explicitly approved by Human Reasoning Labs Private Limited or the authorized billing reseller.
Approved refund timeline
If a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method or payment channel within 7-10 business days after approval, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
Data after cancellation
Cancellation does not immediately delete customer data. Data retention, export, and deletion are handled according to the KaryaFlow Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
How to request cancellation or refund review
Email [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp. Include your tenant/company name, invoice number or payment reference, registered phone/email, selected plan, and the reason for the request.
